Winter sailing and yoga courses in the Caribbean
Experience life aboard a 39 foot cruising yacht in the sunny Caribbean. Explore beautiful Guadeloupe and neighbouring islands, practice yoga and meditation every day on the boat or on sunny sandy beaches shaded by palm trees, eat delicious organic vegetarian food, and enjoy guaranteed sunshine.

The course is suitable for anyone who enjoys doing yoga. Beginners are welcome, as are those who are experienced yogis but who would like some guidance towards renewing their present practice.
Each course will be individualized according to the experience and interests of the students. The group is small, so the course is designed to be very interactive, with feedback from students encouraged.
