Sati yoga sangha is a registered training school with the Independent Yoga Network. Since April 2019, we’ve been offering a modular yoga teacher training program leading to 200 hours or 500 hours certifications.

This programme consists of a number of residential modules, with home practice, study, reading and writing assignments and regular online meetings in between.

The one year 250 hours yoga teacher training programme is opened to serious students with at least two years of regular practice. A commitment to an ongoing home practice of yoga and meditation, as well as a desire to improve and broaden this practice with a view to teach others are also necessary.,  On completion, students can register with the Independent Yoga Network for a 200 hours certification.

The modular 300 hours yoga teacher trainning programme is opened to those who have completed our 250 hours programme, as well as to serious yoga practitioners who already hold a 200 hours yoga teacher certification (from any school) and are interested in our Sati yoga approach.
After successfully completing this training, students can apply for a 500 hours certification with the Independent Yoga Network and for a Sati yoga teacher certification.
